Our current shipping carriers are FedEx, and USPS, although we primarily use USPS as it will get to you much faster then FedEx. With a special request, we can use any of these carriers. For the privacy of our customers, we ship everything discretely in plain brown boxes with no marking on them. The shipping label as well will not say anything but its coming from the Shipping Department. If an items arrived damaged in transit please notify us right away and please make sure to take pictures that is very important for us to be able to file a claim with the carrier. If the driver delivers the package directly to you and you see it is damaged please make sure to notate that when you sign for it. Once we get the pictures we can either issue you a full refund or reship the item to you.
